A comedy for young and old about life’s most burning questions… Based on real-life interviews with people aged 8 – 102, this hilarious theatre work turns cardboard boxes into battleships and ping pong balls into planets in an explosion of art, sculpture, and puppetry.

Peter and the Wolf

Little Red Riding Hood

The Spongebob Musical

Minecraft Galaxy Workshop (Ages 7–9)

Exhibition: The Soft Library by Cat Rabbit

The Soft Library is an immersive felt installation by Melbourne-based textile artist & author Cat Rabbit. Newcastle Libraries is turned into a fantastical library run by bears, or ‘libearians’. Literary characters and authors are brought to life as bears along with shelves of felt books and a desk of library paraphernalia – all handmade by the artist in felt and fabric.

Snow Time in the Garden
